These terms describe permitted use of the TMD AUTO POST software and website.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern use of the TMD AUTO POST website and desktop software. By using the service, you agree to follow these Terms and the rules of the platforms you connect. If you disagree, stop using the service.
2. Who may use the app
You must be entitled to access the accounts, Pages and channels you connect. You are responsible for keeping your own login credentials private, securing your device, and reviewing the permissions that you grant.
3. User content and permissions
You retain your rights in videos, descriptions, cover images and other content you supply. You are responsible for having permission to use and publish that content, including music, likenesses, trademarks and third-party footage. You decide which accounts and publishing options to authorize.
4. Scheduling and publishing
Scheduled tasks depend on device availability, network access, OAuth authorization, platform API availability and any posting caps or review requirements. A scheduled time is not a guarantee of successful public posting. You should check the status and visibility of each published item. TikTok public posting requires applicable TikTok approvals and account eligibility.
5. Fees and license terms
Where paid licenses or subscriptions are offered, the price, duration, trial terms and renewal conditions are disclosed in the relevant product or purchase flow before purchase. No charge is authorized by this informational website.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the app to publish unlawful material, spam, misleading impersonations, copyright-infringing media, malware or content that violates the connected platform’s policies. Do not attempt to bypass API quotas or platform approvals.
7. Availability and updates
Features may change due to platform restrictions, maintenance, security patches or product updates. The operator may suspend functionality that is unsafe or no longer permitted by a connected platform.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without guaranteeing uninterrupted service, specific reach, audience metrics or approval by any social network. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

10. YouTube API Services
By using TMD AUTO POST features that connect to YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these TMD Terms. Your Google account data is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy – YouTube API.
You must own or be authorized to manage the channel you connect and ensure your uploaded videos do not violate copyright law, YouTube's rules or applicable laws. Select the intended channel and review the title, description, audience classification and visibility before confirming an upload or scheduled job. Available privacy modes are restricted by both the app's current beta features and YouTube's authorization status; the current beta performs private uploads only.
Publishing, eligibility, API quotas and availability are controlled by YouTube. TMD is independently developed and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
