Data Deletion & Access Revocation
Instructions for disconnecting accounts and requesting deletion of app-controlled data.
1. Disconnect TikTok or another platform
- Stop pending scheduled posts in TMD AUTO POST where available.
- Use the desktop app’s account management controls to disconnect the relevant integration, if supported.
- Open the corresponding platform’s account settings and revoke TMD AUTO POST under connected/authorized apps. Names of settings may vary.
Revocation prevents new API actions under the revoked authorization, but does not remove existing videos from the platform.
2. Remove local data
Delete local project videos, cover images, schedules and records using the app controls that are available; if needed, request product-specific instructions before removing any application data folder. Deleting local data may make some job history unrecoverable.
3. Request operator-held data deletion
Email minhduy.ts92@gmail.com using the subject TMD AUTO POST – Data Deletion Request. State which connected platform and account are involved, the categories of data concerned, and a way to reply. Do not email passwords or access tokens. The operator may need to verify that you control the affected account.
4. Data managed by other platforms
Deleting TMD-controlled data does not automatically delete posts or data held by TikTok, Meta, Google or other providers. To delete existing posts or account data on those platforms, use their account settings and support processes.
5. Follow-up
The operator will review verifiable requests under applicable law and explain the outcome, any data that cannot be immediately deleted, and the reason. Questions can be sent to the same contact address.
6. YouTube authorization and deletion steps
- In TMD AUTO POST, stop the YouTube upload queue before disconnecting the channel. In the Connect & Test screen, select the YouTube channel and use Disconnect to remove its saved OAuth credentials from this device's keyring. This action is separate from revoking consent at Google.
- Open Google Account – Third-party access, find TMD AUTO POST (or the name shown on your Google consent screen), and remove its access. This is the official way to revoke Google's access grant.
- To request deletion of TMD-controlled local account-related records (for example channel associations and upload history), write to minhduy.ts92@gmail.com, subject "TMD AUTO POST – YouTube Data Deletion". Identify the channel without sending any Google password, OAuth token or client secret. The operator may need to verify account ownership and provide instructions to remove local records on your device.
- For any stored YouTube API Data, deletion and refresh must follow YouTube's Developer Policies. YouTube's rules include prompt deletion of user-requested data, subject to the timelines and requirements in those policies. Published YouTube videos remain on YouTube unless removed in YouTube Studio.
Important: Existing local schedule or publishing history may remain after disconnecting; contact support if you also want records removed. The operator must independently verify and implement any required Google token revocation and API-data cleanup in the software before claiming the corresponding automation exists.
